As the deadline has come and gone, many contenders got stronger and many teams are officially in rebuild mode for the remainder of the second half of the season.  One of the busiest teams was the Atlanta Braves, who boosted their rotation with Kevin Gausman and also brought in RP Darren O'Day and OF Adam Duvall.  Another buyer today was the Pittsburgh Pirates, as they brought in arguably the biggest prize at the deadline, Chris Archer, as well as RP Keone Kela.  The Baltimore Orioles continued their house-cleaning, as Gausman and O'Day were shipped to Atlanta and Jonathan Schoop was dealt to the Brewers. The Marlins, Blue Jays, Rangers, and Rays all each made two trades each that sent key pieces to contenders as well. Many trades were made today, and we'll see which ones have a major effect once October rolls around.
